• This Gang Saw is specially designed for cutting marble block. Adopt Articulated Rectilinear Guides to make sure the Saw Frame move straightly and stable. The four Articulated Rectilinear Guides give four supports to the Saw Frame and ensure the Frame Saw make stable reciprocating linear movement. The speed is adjusted by the transducer motor which is 11 KW. It has a big speed ratio, that is 1:30. It means the feed speed can reduce to 50 mm/h in 5 hertz which is the lowest normal working current of the transducer motor. It’s very convenient when cutting the hardness marble block. The speed reduced movement is transmitted by two groups of sprocket wheels to the shafts then the Arc Bevel Wheels at the ends of the shafts and the screw rods bring along the lifting platform up and down along the guide rails. The lifting platform is connected with the two V-shaped rails by two saddle clamps. The V-shaped rails is specially designed to ensure there is no excursion during the lifting process of the platform.
